The siting of this project takes advantage of a previously approved and partially developed project from 2017 on a vacant site in Healdsburg. The splayed floor plan for this custom home utilizes the northern orientation of the sloping site and takes advantage of unobstructed views of the Dry Creek Valley.

The two wings create a more intimate courtyard that contrasts the natural wooded hillside site. The material selection will be standing metal seam roofing, horizontal wood siding, smooth troweled stucco, and black aluminum windows and doors.
